Dr. Rob Murray first became interested in chiropractic when it corrected his seasonal allergies
and aided his athletic performance as a teenager.
After completing his Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree at the University of Guelph, Dr. Rob continued his education at Palmer
College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa; the founding school of chiropractic. Attending Palmer College gave Dr. Rob the
opportunity to specialize in a wide range of chiropractic techniques. He feels this is important because each patient is unique
and requires an individual healthcare plan.
One of Dr. Rob's proudest achievements is cofounding the
Extreme Makeover York
Region. This one day seminar has educated thousands of
people in our community about how to live the healthiest life
possible. Over the past 4 years, Dr. Rob has also had a segment on Rogers TV's talk show Daytime called
Your Health with Dr. Rob.
Besides building a successful family practice, Dr. Rob has been building a family of his own with his wife Danielle.
They have a 6 years old son, Aidan, and a 4 year old son Colin.
One of the most rewarding experiences Dr. Rob participated in was his volunteer work at an underprivileged clinic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Murray has also donated his time, traveling to Billings, Montana where he extended his care to the local Aboriginal Community.
Dr. Rob has earned a reputation with his patients as a gentle and caring chiropractor, with a passion for improving the health and well-being of the families in our community. He is very passionate about educating his patients on the benefits of chiropractic care, exercise and nutrition. Dr. Rob donates his time to speak to community groups and organizations about the benefits of chiropractic care and other important health topics.
Dr. Rob has also enjoyed his time teaching neurology at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and volunteered his time as a basketball coach in a house league for teens in Newmarket.
